Clones, Robots, and Qultists…Oh My!

So lately I’ve been reading the reddit group “The Qult Headquarters” ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Qult_Headquarters/). The group describes itself as a subreddit “dedicated to documenting, critiquing, and debunking the chan poster known as 'Q' and his devotees.” In other words, the clever folk in the group look for, share, and discredit the rather more ghastly statements and beliefs of that odd little sect known as QAnon.

I salute these people. They are doing their best to hold the line in a world all too threatened by paranoia, conspiracy fantasies, and flat-out lunacy. And by “lunacy” I don’t mean “mental illness.” That comes upon you without your wishing it. These people have voluntarily embraced theories which are so irrational as to be classified as genuinely insane. They have, in other words, chosen to be mad.


But, as I read the stories which are posted to this subreddit, I’m struck by how very easily manipulated the QAnon Cultists must be. They are presented with utter nonsense, totally lacking any facts to support it, and, by George! They believe without question.


Which leads me to a rather curious mental space. To wit, what if we…those of us with a different point of view…were to promote our own narrative within the QAnon space? What if, for example, we posted to Q-friendly social media that Donald Trump was “saved” from a coup in October of 2021, which was when he came down with Covid (he didn’t “really” catch the virus. That was just a cover story)?


And what if we were to suggest that he had been hustled off the planet, or to a secret underground lair, by good-guy “Nordic Aliens?” And, while we’re at it, we’ll say the same about a number of high-ranking, ultra-right (or just plain nuts) Republicans? They’re all off on a space ship someplace…or maybe in subterranean bunkers…or wherever…


Ah, but there’s the rub. The bad guys (the Cabal, Satanists, the Illuminati, Antifa, BLM, the Gray Aliens, the Reptiloids, whoever…) have replaced Donald Trump and the other members of the Republican Party with clones or robots. And, btw, this isn’t too far from what some QAnon-types have suggested. Former VP Pence, for example, is supposed to have been replaced by a clone long ago.


Anyway, we further suggest that the villains of the story have replaced Trump et al with robots, or clones, or look-alike. Then we say that we have been told by the Nordic Aliens (the good guys) that no real American Patriot can ever again vote for a Republican. Never again. Because you don’t know which Republican isn’t really a imposter.


But, we’ll say, not to worry. In the year 2050, Donald Trump will miraculously return and save the earth. With Christ’s help, naturally, though the Archangel Michael may get a walk-on, too.


Just an idea…


Oh, and if anyone asks, this whole piece is just a joke. Just a comic little tat-bit. Not to be taken seriously. No sirree. Not a bit. And I’d never, ever expect you to use a VPN and Tor and go post such ideas anonymously to the Q-sphere. 


You betcha.


Or, if you are a QAnon cultist, then I’m using humor here as a disguise to reveal the secret wisdom…the Gnosis…of the Nordic Aliens from outer…and inner…space. 


But you didn’t hear it from me.

Very powerful piece over on Vice that everyone should read, " Christian Nationalism Drove These People Out of Their Churches " by Tess Owen. In it, Owen looks at how Christian Nationalism...an ideology which is surely a contradiction in terms...has begun to overwhelm churches across the country. The idea that Jesus, who preached against such things, should be used to support racism, nationalism, and dictatorship is, of course, grotesque. Communists Sue Putin

  Say what?   The Communist Party of Russia …remember them? Used to be big in the totalitarian business…has sued Putin and his pals for rigging the recent elections in that country. They’ve even joined with the Putin’s various other critics in launching a legal campaign to get the elections overturned.(*) In a word, Whoa. The elections were, obviously, completely crooked. But there is something a bit stunning about the fact that the Russian Communists would actually find the spine (and the will) to say so.
